Enamelled forged and extruded steel, stratified melamine hpl. With Giancarlo Pozzi. A redesign of the 19th century park bench, made foldable. Its slightly romantic form was explained by Castiglioni this way: "A more rigorously technical rationalization of the design would have destroyed the memories associated with it."
