This headset for simultaneous interpreters consists of two identical domes that contain the electronics: one contains the six-channel commutator, receiver and antenna; the other houses the low-frequency amplifier, potentiometer with switch incorporated, and battery. The two components are connected by conductors in the rigid headband.
